Position Overview
As an Account Manager at Octiv Digital, you will be at the forefront of our client relationships, ensuring that our clients’ needs and goals are met with excellence. You will manage day-to-day client interactions, oversee a portfolio accounts, and work seamlessly within our various systems. You should possess a well-rounded background in marketing or business administration, and have great written and verbal communication. This position is on-location in Bountiful with options for remote work. Realistically, you’re looking at 2 days in office and the rest is up to you.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Understand client business objectives and provide strategic recommendations to achieve them
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders
- Resolve client issues swiftly and professionally; we pride ourselves on fast service
Project Management
- Oversee and manage the delivery of client projects, ensuring timely execution and quality; this may include but is not limited to SEO projects, paid search projects and web development projects
- Coordinate with internal teams to align on client deliverables
- Monitor and report on account performance metrics via tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Looker Studio
- Support sales initiatives with various requests
Systems
- Utilize tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Asana to streamline processes and ensure effective communication
- Leverage digital marketing tools such as SEMRush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Ahrefs and more
- Keep client and project information up-to-date within our systems
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive strategy and execution
- Participate in team meetings, providing input and feedback
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; not required, but preferred
- Proven work experience in technical customer service
- Demonstrable ability to communicate and present complex information
- Experience with aforementioned software and tools
- Solid experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- SEO experience a plus, but not required
